Oxfordshire and surrounding areas are prime locations for commuting to London, Birmingham and Oxford via the M40 motorway, with the Cotswolds close by and easily accessible to the South Coast via the A34. Being central to the South of England, the Midlands and South Wales are also easily reached.

Many places of historic interest make Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds a very desirable place to live.

The area is rich in cultural, sporting, entertainment and architecture, as well as excellent shopping facilities, notably Bicester Village, where many premier retail names have an outlet - Timberland, Ferragamo, L.K. Bennett, Helly Hansen, Monsoon to name but a few. There is also an excellent Carluccio restaurant.

Most parts are served by excellent bus and rail services. Chiltern run a frequent express rail service to London Marylebone in 1 hour.
